Full service estimates

Moves within Ottawa. Covers about 40km from our headquarters in St-Laurent.  If I give you an estimate of completion time but the job goes over because of unforeseen issues, you pay ​30% off for the extra time. We charge a minimum of 3hrs (industry standard "1hr travel time" + our 2hrs labour). Minimum hours are based on your type of residence as detailed in the estimate section below (House/apt, 1-5 bedrooms...). 

​Estimating a move can be challenging. It depends on several variables:

• Your preparedness (belongings packed, organization/idle time)
• Distances (eg: You live in an apartment; how far is the walk from apt to elevator, and from elevator to truck. Can we back the truck into your driveway, if you own a home. Do you have an inside or outside unit if you're moving stuff out of a storage unit; if indoors, how far is the storage unit from the main entrance)
  
• Load (Do you have a furnished basement, with a storage area that has enough items to fill an entire home on its own)​
  

The only guarantee I can offer is the skills of our workforce. We are not the typical moving company that's interested in racking up multiple hours from our customers. Our main focus is quiet the opposite. We want you ordering our services again, referring us to friends/family. We only keep movers with the same mindset, capable of working at a fast pace while still adhering to our safety protocols. Our movers are fit, and have experienced all moving situations. ​Bachelor & small moves (You pay our basic quote + 40% off on potential additional time)
1 bedroom apt 3-4 hrs​ (3 hrs labour min + 40% off on potential additional time)
2 & 3 bedroom apt 5-6 hrs (5 hrs labour min + 40% off on potential additional time)
​3 bedroom house 5-6 hrs (5 hrs labour min + 40% off on potential additional time)
4 & 5 bedroom house 7-9 hrs (7 hrs labour min + 40% off on potential additional time)
POD 12/16 ft load/unload 2 hrs (visit our labour-only page)

You also have the option to go with our basic hourly rate if you think your move could take less time, but no discount applies to that option (not recommended).

We cover roughly 500 km from our headquarters in Ottawa (Moves to Montreal, Toronto...). Please give us a call for a quote.​

Insurance only applicable for items and objects wrapped or packed by our movers. NO PIANO MOVES.
